M.V. Gaaviya
Built in 2002, the Gaaviya is possibly the new standard set in Maldivian liveaboards. A vessel measuring 32.90 metres in length it has the latest facilities and the finish is of the highest order. Built over four decks it consists of nine luxurious rooms, Restaurant, and sundecks, all made up from beautiful, furnished wood.
The crescent shaped lounge complete with bar is the heart of the boat. Here is where the buffet style Maldivian & European dishes are served and where you can relax listening to music or watching T.V and video. There is also a small library for reading and a boutique. There are 3 spacious sundecks ideal for reading or dare we say Whale Shark spotting !!
Accommodation
The nine luxurious rooms are all fully furnished with wood and fully air conditioned. Each room consists of a single bed and one queen sized bed, wardrobes, hairdressers, complete with ensuite bathrooms.
Facilities
IDD telephone, e-mail facilities and fax services are available on board, ensuring that you do not lose touch with important contacts during your holiday.
Diving
A diving dhoni and a dinghy accompany the Gaaviya everywhere she goes, ensuring that you can always get closer to nature on the spectacular reefs and islands when you feel the need to do so.
